Received an email with this number that looks like it was from Paypal notifying me that a reoccurring payment was made to my account in the amount of 1499.00 USD/4999 Yen for Apple Store.

I recevied an email saying someone was trying to charge a large amount to my PayPal account for an iPhone 17 Pro Max and to call that number if I didn't approve the charge. I looked up the number and saw that a bunch of people have gotten the same scammy sh*t.

$1499 jpn charge, auto payment cancelled. The email address says [email protected] which is legit but the phone number is not.

Said my automatic payments were no longer being accepted, for an iPhone 17 pro (which I never ordered)

Received an email with this number that claims it was from Paypal notifying me that a reactivated payment for iPhone 17 Pro Max 512 GB was detected Oct 16,2025 with the purchase amount of 1499.00 USD. The email was in my SPAM folder, but was curious if anyone ease received this email.

Claiming to be PayPal and an iPhone 17 Pro Max was charged and to call the number of not right. I checked my PayPal account and there was no such charge! SPAM!!

Received an email with this number that looks like it was from Paypal notifying me that a reoccuring payment was made to my account in the amount of 1499.00 USD.

They sent me an email saying that I ordered an iPhone for $1,499. When I called back the number they tried to get a bunch of information and then one time they hung up on me. They said I had been identity theft and that they needed to do a verification

Said from PayPal regarding auto payment no longer active Regarding an iPhone 17 Pro Max 512 GB ordered. I did not call this phone # just did reversephone inquiry.
