First Point Financial Recovery called and said I had an unpaid bill for "Blood Diagnostics" from a company called US Diagnostics but because of a nondisclosure agreement they could not tell me the actual company who had sent me to collections. As seen in most of these posts, it was for $457.45 from August 2018. I called back to confirm the name and number of the place to report to FCC.

Same all story an overdue bill from February 3, 2019 for a blood panel work up. The amount is $498.71 and if I don’t get it cleared up today it’s going to be 35% more and they’re gonna put it on collection as a high risk bad debt

There was an overdue bill of $406.00, dated 8-13-2018 at Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center, for blood work. Wanted a credit card immediately to clear it up and said that if he had to send her a copy of the bill it would immediately go on her credit report.

Wanted to collect on nonexistent debt

Says I did not pay for Lab blood work from March 2018 for over $400. All they knew was my name and address.

Said owed for blood work on 2018. It is a scam.

Called about collecting on blood work in 2019, had some of the details right, sounded plausible. I thought the caller was rude and threatening. He said that if I didn't pay he would turn it over to a collection agency and harm my credit rating. I told him I didn't give a [anglo-saxonism for copulation] about my credit rating, but would pay any legitimate bill. This is a scam.

Called saying they're a debt collector about a medical debt for blood work in 2018. Had a very plausible date, but further investigation has me convinced it never happened.

Telling me that I have a delinquent account for diagnostic imaging of $467.

They were calling to collect $373.40 for lab services from 4/16/2018 performed by US Diagnostics. I asked to send me billing details, but he kept saying the billing department can send the bill by email after payment. Or they can mail the bill before payment but 35% would be added to the bill and the debt would become a "public debt". Looking at the other comments, definitely looks like a scam.

He stated that I had an outstanding balance of $435.00 for lab work done in 2018. I check and I did not have EOB from insurance for that provider. This is a Scam. And I have gotten a call from them before a long time ago

Caller claimed to be a collection agency and said that we owed over $400 for bloodwork in 2018.

I see previous statements. Call stating I owe $473 for bloodwork.

Said that I owed $437.17 for blood panel testing in June 2018 from Medical Diagnostic Labs. Was rude and wanted me to give him a credit card number or else he would report me to the credit bureaus. He finally ***g up on me.

Wanted to make a payment for lab work and if I did not they would file a judgement on me.

Tried to get a credit card number for an alleged medical charge from 3 years ago. Would not give doctor's name.

This number is 100% A SCAM!! DO NOT PAY THEM. They (William and another woman) insisted we owed a bill from Medical Diagnostics Labatory for labs in 2018. Refused to give us any information and when I called her out on the scam she became very verbal and aggressive (unlike any real collection agency.) ** THEY ARE Targeting DEAF PEOPLE **

He told me I had an outstanding medical bill from medical diagnostics and said it was for an esr, t4, and other tests. Said I owed $*** today or it will be reported in my credit. He had my home address though and said they already sent a bill but I didn’t respond.

They claimed I owed for a past due bill in collection for blood work done in 2018? just demanded payment. Would not mail or email me a bill. I called him out on scam and told him I would rather have a new car warranty. lol

They pretend as a collection agency trying to collect *** dollars.

Demanded that I pay over $400 for lab work in 2018. He said it was for Medical Diagnosis Lab. He threatened that if I did not pay now, it would affect my credit and there would also be a 30% penalty added. He asked several times if I was going to use MC, Visa or Discover. I told him several times that I wasn't using anything.

Said I had an outstanding lab work bill of $446.00 from 2018 and that I had to pay now or be reported to all 3 collection bureau's. I can't repeat the language I used then I ***g up!

William said my Wife owed $423 for lab bloodwork. H would only take a payment with my checking info, CC was no acceptable.

Same as other people reporting this number. Said were from First Point and I owed money from blood work in 2018 from Medical Diagnostic Lab. Insisted I pay with credit card right then. Refused and called Medical Diagnostic Lab who said they have gotten bunch calls like this but I wasn’t even in their system and have no account with them

rec'd a call stating the I owed 447.31 to Medical Diagnostics. Told him that I never rec'd a bill and he insisted that the company sent me several bills. He said he was going to send to Collection. When I checked my schedule for the date in 2018, I was at work all day.

Claimed to have an unpaid medical bill from 2018. Wanted to take payment over phone. Claimed to be working for company in St. Augustine, FL but no such company there.

De*** from Financial Collections company said I needed to pay $423.55 for lab services from 8/2018. Gave me the name Medical Diagnostics lab as provider. Called them and a nice customer service rep tried to find a record but could not and suggested it was a scam.

I was provided with medical diagnostic laboratories info. I called MDL and spoke to a nice lady from billing 877-333-9233, after giving her the account and bill number provided by the scammer Williams from first pointe 805-506-3411 she told me that information didn't match any records from billing and she also mentioned that they did not use any company by the name of first pointe.
