I received a call about an old credit card debt. Her name is Aleesha with an indian accent. Called back and she told me to settle the account or talk with my lawyer. Asked her where she was located and she gave me told me santa barbara. That was all. She told me if not I would go through california State court. I got really mad and upset so i looked them up they are liars trying to take money for nothing . And they stick with the whole attorneys office

I got a call from this number also from Kristen or Kirsten. She said it was from an old credit card.  She told me to pay it today  and then she would give me a case# and a confirmation number.  Kristen said I would have to pay a one time in full payment and I would have to give her my credit card number and she would process the payment today or I could go through my lawyer.  I said I would go through my lawyer.  Then she finally said she would send me all the information and I would end up paying 7000.00 dollars. I asked her where she was located and she would not tell me.  She said they were going to charge me with fraud and so****ing else.I did not give her any information.  So I will see what I receive in the mail.She said they were from American Debt Systems??

Yep, scammer from India with an internet phone claiming to be debt collections. Its a scam. They just want your money. Don't tell them anything and don't give them ANY money.

Does anyone know who this is?
