I keep getting the robo call in spanish and I want it to stop

Ive ggotten it a couple times I call back and they answer but don't say a word

I received a call from this number at one of my National-Do-Not-Call registered phone numbers on TUE APR 26 at 1214 hours.It is a recorded message in Spanish.Repeatedly hitting * or # or 0 does nothing to interrupt the recording.I would like to know who this is, so that I can report them.
