Received call on Mar 19 10:12AM. Ignored call because I didn't recognize number. The other comments confirm this is from a spammer.
They called me yes****ay at 2:07 PM DLST and the caller id says California. When I answered, all I heard was a click.
Called at 11:20 CST and left no message. ID on phone said Northern Los Angeles.

I received a call about decreasing my credit card interest rate. When I hit "1" to be transferred to someone, I told them I'm a bit confused by the call, considering I don't have a credit card. They immediately ***g up on me. Obviously, this is a scam attempting to get credit card info.
