Owner of this phone ("Mike Alfred" is apparently a member of a team of remote technicians, with a specialty of s****ing real Technology Vendors, and offering remote technical support. Once they had connected to my computer to****ist in the instllation of a Netgear wi-fi extender, they proceeded to access the computer hard drive and copied sensitive data including bank accounts, social security numbers, login passwords, etc.. They were able to actually withdraw funds from one of my bank accounts, before this was discovered. The Vendor that I believed that I was working with was Netgear.
