Claimed to be verizon and asked for my zip code. Very weird.

I received a call from a hispanic woman stating this was Verizon maintenece or insurance. She stated they had to reset my passwords for my account. I have no idea why, low and behold I cant even use my account online and Verizon said my account was compromised. ***** these people.

They called me claiming to be technical support from my mobile service provider and asked me to read a number in a text that was sent to my phone in order to reset my password. It was a scam.

They called and said they were from Verizon. When I asked how I could verify that, the caller ***g up. This is a scam!!

"SCAM" Don't put in any codes when it's sends you an E-Mail they stole my friends account Bought a new IPhone 5c and a lot of accessories c****e your passwords and ***** up your account Thanks

Scam for sure same thing happened to us that happened to the person writing the n/a comment. Called Verizon and as we re talking to them they noticed activity on our account. Somebody c****ed our phone numbers pass word and security questions. Fraud department got involved right away hope they catch the B@$****s!!!!

If you have this number call you and they say they are from Verizon do not input any codes they are telling you to do for they are cloning your phone and stealing your account!!!!!!!

Female (with accent) called my cell. Stated they were performing maintenance on the 4G LTE towers in my area. Requested my zip code. Stated she was going to send a text message with a 6-digit code and asked me to verify it. I ***g up as soon as they made the request. Called my carrier (Verizon). Rep stated when account managers are added, a secure pin is generated (6 digits). Rep stated someone was attempting to ***n access to online account and needed the 6 digit code to add their own name and****entially add their own name without my knowledge or approval. Rep added this number to the Block Caller list.
