Aug 27, 2009:  Received a message from "Steve Black, of CCC, Inc." to call him back.  No reason provided, just to call him back with implied sense of urgency.  I returned call and with no answer, left a message re: my name, having no knowledge of why he would be calling me, and left it as to whether he needed to return MY call.  He just returned my call and he is from a collections agency, following up on an outstanding invoice amount owed to a medical group I have seen.  Now I must resolve this unfortunate situation because I owe them nothing and my account is only in his hands because two corporate a**hole companies cannot exc****e required paperwork regarding why I had an MRI in order to process the insurance payment to said MRI imaging co.  AGH!! I hate insurance companies!

He said he is Steve Black from CCC and asked to call back. I do dot know any one by that name and no record of CCC or what it stands for and what does he want.
