They will not state their name, call my business number and will not leave a message with anyone and it is becoming very annoying

Have received dozens of early morning **** up calls from this number.  Today I finally got to the bottom of this and wanted to share the information with others.  The person identified himself as a precious metals trader from Empire.  I talked to him to get further information so that others can stop these annoying calls.  Their website is www.empirewmg.com.  They are s****ing, so although the phone number appears as 806-385-5381, their actual phone number is 212-742-8412.  I have filed a complaint and urge others to do the same.

I jst now got a call from this number, when i googled it it gave me a steel building address, and no voice message left
