They said that I needed to pay the rest of the payment for an anestetic surgical procedure of $200 and I explained my situation and they said it was out of their reach and I said "sorry it's out of my reach and please dont call me" I've had calls like this before but with different number and ****ed up

Called & didn't leave any voicemail. Because it called from an area code where I was expecting a call, I called it back. The guy who answered was genuinely surprised. When I asked, he said he was with So****ing Enterprise Services, but he was talking too fast & I never really got the whole name. I said "my mistake," & ***g up as he was s****ing to talk.

Said*****o 4 times. Gave up & ***g up.

I believe this is a collection call. Received similar calls from several different numbers about a 10 yr old debt. Obviously well past the date allowed to collect. If you answer do not provide any the caller information. Best to ignore call and block number.

A woman called and asked for me by first name, trying (but failing) to sound like someone who personally knows me. She refused to identify. Level 3 Communications is the phone (VOIP) carrier, not the company actually making the call, although Level 3 is leaps and bounds ahead of Google in terms of privacy violations and shady business practices.

Calls me everyday sometimes leaving a voicemail about a case I need to close. Sometimes doesn’t leave a voicemail. It’s a robot voicemail, not a person and was the exact same message every time when one was left.

Level 3 Communications is a legit company. Think their number has been hijacked by scammers. We receive emails at work from L3C for Windstream line locates.
