Who Called: amazon worker

Said he could fix my Firestick issue, then used Anydesk app to take over computer (supposedly that's a valid IT app online), then tried using my account to charge xbox gift cards, asking me to get entire card number to him. I stopped him and did damage control. Had an accent similar to those in India. Reported to FTC. Amazon employee on its online chat also said it was a scammer.
