hade received a call  and  ****  up,.lubbock

I have gotten many phone calls from this number and it says it's an energy product business. Sometimes they call and someone is on the line trying to sell stuff, and sometimes you get a click and a **** up. When I have called it back, I have done the prompt to get taken off the call list and they are still calling me. I cannot stand this and want to know what I have to do to get taken off the list.

I do not know anybody in Lubbock, TX and I want to know who it is before I answer the call. They will not leave a message so I want to know who ti is before I answer.
