I paid him by cashapp $300 and we both agreed to hold $100 after he done sending me the receipt he spent for material for $225 that sent him another day. the request he sent me via cashapp $450 he didn’t cancel it so I accidentally touched it and sent it right away. Trying to call and text him but he didn’t respond my call and send me back the money. Totally this guy is a scammer.
