This is a company that is trying to threaten people for taking out a payday loan that was never paid back. If any of you have applied for a payday loan, this is how they have your name, address, social security number, bank account number and employer information. They will threaten you that you will be picked up at your job and arrested. I am not 100% sure, but if a loan was taken out and not repaid, that is not a crime unless you did so****ing to obtain the load that would be considered fraud. In my opinion, if I gave all of my information, then it is not fraud. If I gave someone else's information for the money, there would be the issue. I wanted to let people know how I think they have your information so you don't panic. THIS IS MY OPINION so please do your own research as well. Tell them that you are an attorney, tell them that the state attorney general is your aunt/uncle (they will tell you they are filing with the attorney general's office and name the attorney general of the state you live in) and do not give them any money!!! I truly hope that no one falls victim to this scam and goes to pay them any money trying to get this "case" dismissed.

I have received numerous threatening calls from 806-977-9515 with caller claiming he will place warrants for arrest for owing $8000.00 to some unknown "payday loan" lender. He claims he is a paralegal from Robert & Wylen "law firm" calling regarding "a legal matter". Thus far it has been a male calling himself Chris and also a female who states her name is June Taylor. June Taylor leaves messages threatening the rath of God if you do not return her call. They somehow have obtained by employers telephone number and have called there speaking with my coworkers threatening my arrest and "pick up". Additionally, he has obtained the name of my bank. I have filled a complaint with the FBI.

I just got a call today at my work from this number stating he was calling from Robert & Wylen Law Firm regarding a legal issue, so I returned the call and ***g up then called it back a***n and asked for Gary Miller. the person that answered was a little off guard and put me on hold and the line was very static so I just ***g up know that it had to be SCAM/FRAUD...

This guy is such an a**! He calls from many, many different numbers and when you call back the number (on the caller ID) is no longer in service or the call can not be completed. Occasionally the caller will leave a message and his call back number is (806) 977-9515. When I called that number the man who answered the phone sale "Law office" or so****ing similar. I asked him to remove my phone number from his call list. He said he could not but would be turning the matter over to the authorities. I said "What matter? Remove my phone number from you call list." He said he could not. I told him I know you are not calling from a legal office. There is no legal matter pending that would need to be investigated and you are a total FRAUD! He ***g up on me. I called back and said to remove my number. He ***g up. I called back. He ***g up. I called back....He blocked my number! Success! I'm also reporting that number to the FTC.
