Leave a CommentThese idiots keep calling me. I don't know who they are and if they are debt collectors but they need to get there info straight. Cuz they keep calling for some people named Alana and David blah blah blah. I answered today trying to tell them they have the wrong number. The ****** man asked for them, I said that he had the wrong number. He then tells me to tell them to call them back. Like I know who they are. He then tells me this is there number I said I don't even know them. He then told me I don't sound believable and ***g up on me. They must have c****ed there number or so****ing I got this phone six months ago and ever since keep get missed calls from them.
The collector is not the one who decides how much to garnish - that's your payroll department. But generally, it's up to 1/4 of your paycheck after taxes (and just taxes, not insurance or anything like that) are taken out.
Received 3 "unknown" calls in 24 hours... Called back on 3rd call... Talked to a "Ty"... Yada, Yada... Agreed to pay the $67.00 hospital bill... which was supposed to be paid by insurance... Fine. Send me the bill for my records to give to the insurance company... Fine, Okay. Agreed.Following day, I received a nother "unknown" (known this time) call... Call back... asking for guy I had talked with previous day... We Have ***ody Here by that name... Will connect you to "Barb"... Barb says we have ***ody here by that name... We don't tell people we will send them a bill or make payment plans, etc... You will see your "bill" on your credit report... and ***g up on me!Call back a***n... Ask if there is a Ty there... Yeah, hold on... Wait... Wait... Wait...*****o...*****o, Ty... No this is Mark... Try to explain to him what had transpired... Cuts me off... saying your bill is only $67... pay it now... We don't send bill for your records... I was told you did... You "misunderstood"... Yeah, right... I misunderstood.... And, rejected me saying, a***n, I would pay when bill is received...I told "MARK" (you know have they say conversation could be recorded)... I have a recorded each phone call with you people saying exactly what I have said, and what you have said... I said, thank you. And, I ***g up on him!So, understand... they only want to make their commission. That's their job... It is not their job to tell me what I can afford to pay NOW... It's a small amount... pay now or we jam your credit score!
So rude the collectors and when I said to him, "You are rude and terrible at customer service" he said,"I am a debt collector collecting on people who ignore letters on valid debts, and this is NOT customer service, this is debt collections and our job is to demand payment from delinquent people who are now called debtors, NOT customers. You are simply confusing my demand for payment as me being rude and you need to pay or this will hit your credit and you may even be sued".thenI called Queens Hospital to complain and they offered NO HELP. They said, You was in collectionsfor a reason and I needed to call the collector to get this resolved. I am sorry ma'am but there areconsequences to ignoring letters and phone calls and they ***g up on me.

How much are collectors allowed to garnish from your check?I am getting garnished and it seems like too much.
These a holes keep calling and calling and calling. How do I stop the calls!
I feel like such a loser, I have for the first time in my life am having collectors call me.So I decided to call them and they actually worked with me with a payment plan.
I just got served and am going to be sued.I wish I had paid my bill ! Now my wages are going to be garnished.
I just paid the original creditor (Castle Medical Center ) directly and this still hit my credit.!RCM said that if I had made arrangements with them directly thatthey would have prevented this from damaging my credit.NEVER pay the original creditor , pay the collector. The Original creditor hired them,I found out that the collector gets paid whether I pay them or the original creditor.Trust Me people .. always pay the Collector.!
They keep calling for my son. I said he doesn't live here. He asked if I knew him, I said yes. He asked for his number I said I didn't know... he knew I was a liar and called me out on it..shooot.
I made the mistake of ignoring the calls and letters andnow my credit is all messed up.I wanted to buy a car the other day and the dealer wantedto charge me 30% interest, even though I have a good down paymentand a good job.Ignoring this debt is going to cost me $3000 in interest.AAArrrggghhhh !!!
When I first s****ed getting calls from these guys I didn't return the calls because I don't remember ever doing business with rcm. After the 50 call I decided to finally see what theses guys wanted and they said they were a collection company for The Gas Company. I was skeptical, so I called to verify that they were authorized to collect and that I did indeed have a bill with The Gas Co; it turns out that I did have a bill with them and since I never bothered to update my address with them so they said they had no choice but to send me to collections.Anyway, these guys are totally legit and if you want the calls to stop, just pay the bill.Kimo
Revenue Cycle Management, Revenue ****** Management, Revenue Recycle Management, WHATEVER ! They keep calling, and calling and calling.... so I finally paid and guess what...the calls stopped.
Oh my god,I am so ****ed!! They *******s are on my credit report!Un-fricken real!I didn't know they could report 4 yr old debt - what's up with that!I asked them how long this stays on your credit and he said 7 years..!!
watch out everybody these guys can be nasty *******s -they report on your credit, which happened to me and all my credit cards went to max interest rate since now i ama so-called high risk client. My credit card payments went from $227 a month to over $600 !!!I tried to re-fi and could not because these guys *****ed my credit.and not only thatI just got served a judgementand my wages are going to be garnished !I am so *****ed.
This call is from RCM Collection Agency. They said I owed queens medical center so I called queens and they did confirm that they use this agency. The guy I talked to was kinda aggressivebut he agreed to keep it off my credit report if i got on a payment plan.Did some research and found this..www.RCMhawaii.com3221 Waialae Ave #338Honolulu, Hi 96816800-760-9746
