I got the same phishing email. Unfortunately so did my neighbor and she got scammed out of several thousand dollars. Don’t call this number!

This phone number is listed as customer****istance in a phishing email. The email purports to be a receipt for an "auto-renewal for annual membership", with no further details. Neither the email nor email address it was sent from include a company name. However, there's an address listed in the email which is 144 Cambridge Sq. Dr. North Hills IL 74137 United States
