Must be a telemarketer. This area code shows it as Hawaii. My outgoing phone message states: "I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If you have a VALID reason for calling, leave a voicemail and I will return your call ASAP." This number left no message, therefore it's SPAM and gets blocked.

said they charged my card 2612.00 for a dish washer from Amazon. The text said if it wasnt me to call them at 808-649-3632 and I also heard the FBI IS LOOKING FOR THESE **** CROOKS.

BOGUS/ FAKE "BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD" SUBSCRIPTION Though there was no listed history or complaints w/ this phone number, I guarantee you that this is a phone spammer (Even it the phone number was s****ed)......due to no history being found on this phone number & email.......yet the phone & emails were persistent in calling & messaging me. I am super cautious in releasing any of my personal info to anyone. Yet, in 1 day, I received 2 emails + 2 phone calls...... (1 to my cell + 1 my home + 2 emails), from this email & phone number, alerting me that I was renewed for my "bogus" subscription to Best Buy's Data Recovery Services - for another 3 years for a grand total of $445.99. FYI, I don't shop with Best Buy (No offense, they're just too expensive) ...... nor have I ever had anything to do with the Geek Squad or this service. Should anyone receive an email or text message like below.....please do yourselves a favor & do "not" call them back. I recommend disregarding all & blocking the email address(s) or phone number(s). Unfortunately, they want you to call them back so they can scam you. They'll say "Sorry about the mishap & that they have a refund for you, etc etc". They want you to get online & open up your computer to them, so they can refund you back money.....thereby stealing your info or money......Also, they may ask you to go somewhere like Target or Walmart & purchase gift cards totaling $1000.00+. Then they'll ask for the gift card's security codes on the back, so they can cash in the money from the cards & rip you off. Only due to educating myself by reading about this type of cyber crime + wat****g YouTube videos, was I wise to them & immediately blocked them. (There are so many educational You Tube videos about this exact scam). A***n, never return their calls.....which I didn't ....though I did a background check on their email & phone number..... & found nothing. (This is why I am convinced they may have s****ed a legit phone number). Be aware that as people everywhere are lacking in money due to joblessness cause of Covid..... when issues like Covid or recessions happen, you'll be seeing more online crime & iden***y thefts happening.
