I received a call from this number saying that they were calling from DHS asking for my benefits letter in order to complete my application but left me no mailing address no call back no. As I attempted to callback the no. Call could not be completed no connection n to my surprise as I researched the no. It shows HPD . I don’t no wat to think

A friend had been arrested and used his free phone call to call me. Yes, it's the phone number to the main station.
I did verify that this is in FACT the caller ID number that shows for the HONOLULU POLICE DEPARTMENT. I saw a comment about Det. Bautista, I'm not certain but think they all say it's Det. Bautista-like a pseudonym. The call is real though and no HPD isn't playing a joke on you.

This caller is just a general number that places call through so that the recipient cannot **** up said place after the call. when is calls and says who it is, just look up the place to verify they are real and then you could call the place itself
They called and I didn't answer so they left a voicemail for the person whose number it was before it was mine and then said my vehicle was found. i don't think it was a spam call but I cant tell.

They said they was HPD and had my bail money but couldn’t tell me what I was arrested for or what date I was arrested on.
The call came at 2am Hawaii time. Definitely spam

It's from a City & County office...it could be any of the following - Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Shell, Neal Blaisdell Center, City Golf courses or the Concession Stands-Ala Moana Beach park.
