These people are calling my 11 year old sons phone, no one in this house has an account with TCF and never will, should he call a***n he will find me on his door step, and yes I can find you Mr. Grey.

This caller is definitely TCF bank collections department. I receive a call every single day from this number I refuse to answer nor do they ever leave a message I also get mail from them almost every week. I closed my bank account do to fraud and they want $4 ***dred and some odd dollars from me that I personally do not owe. If you have an account with this bank I recommend you close it and go somewhere else. TCF is personally out to ***** w***ver they can however they can. I have seen it happen to many people especially in the past few months.

I agree with everyone Mr. James Gray needs to be fired or atleast reported. I told him not to call me during work hours call me after 7pm and that fool told me he'll call me whenever he wanted to, if I could get a direct number for this company I would report his a**.

Don't pay the bill then. Maybe if people don't pay when the caller is rude and arrogant and threatening they will get the picture.If I owed money and I was treated rudely like that I wouldn't pay just because of that and they could call me till the cows come home

I recieved a call from this number and the gentlemen was extremely rude to me. He basically demanded that I post date a check with him to cover a debt, or he would contact my place of employment to get. He said that the company I owe the debt to will not accept full payment from me direct, it had to go through him or else...then he ***g up!

i got a call from this number only now the woman is identifying herself as noel and seems to have adopted the "good cop" strategy which is in sharp contrast to the other complaints.no respectable company trains their people to use such different approaches. WATCH OUT THIS IS SHADY!!!

This number is a collection company representing TCF Bank.  Seems to me that if they are trying to collect they would be more fourth right in their messages.  These people are nothing but bottom feeders anyway.  The tactics are lower than low.   The name of the company is Client Financial Services.  Their website is www.cfsmi.com and their toll free number is 888 899 1064.  Most of the people you talk to are generic names.

I have been recieving calls from this number also.  Thought I would try to google it.  It rang once and I tried to pick up and they ***g up.  Glad I came across this.  Thank you por all your posts.  Will see what they say if I ever talk to them.

called ask for  ***her or his wife. ***her has had a ****** and cant talk. his wife is dead I told her. That I was caretaker and was his daughter could I help them they promptly ***g up.

Not sure if this is the same guy but after trying to settle with him he said i was the first person to make him laugh in over 5 years with my story of what legal steps i am taking to correct the situation. I certainly don't see any reason to treat anyone so condescending.  He laughed at how i couldn't remember my attorneys name,apparently along with everyone else in his office, i didn't tell him that i was in a car accident that has wiped out my ability to make strong short term memory's. His name is James Gray, hes not nice.

They are a collection company working for TCF bank. The man is a complete a**hole (excuse my language) I have lost my job and he has done nothing but make me feel useless to the world because I am unemployed. I had to **** up on this guy. I did then try to call it back to complain to upper management on how he talks to people, but the number does not take incoming calls. I understand they want money from me (a whole $136, whoo hoo) but they dont have to treat me like a peice of **** because I cannot pay it as I can hardley pay my mortgage to keep a roof over my childs head. I am very irrated at the moment.

I'm getting the same calls. They keep calling asking for my husband and then i tell them he is not home can i take a message and SHE says she already left one and ****s up!! What does she want i would like to know??? And why does she never leave a call back number??? What is the number she leaves you guys?

Definetely keep getting calls from the same number. I'm gonna answer the next one and just mess with them. They are s****ing their phone number to look like the number of a collection agency. They are actually thieves who have either dug up credit reports or found bills with names on them and are going to try to do some identify theft using those names. If you confirm your name and address, they have all the info they need.

This number has called a few times now and each time has not left a message. After reading these comments I, too, will not be concerned with this.

Calls with no message. I answered once and this man asked me to verify my name and address. When I asked who was calling me, he told me his name was David Quin. When I asked who do you work for, he wouldn't say other then his name was David Quin and would I verify my name and address. I then ***g up.

My husband recieved a phone call from this number today too.. He did not know who it was and they asked for me. So he told them they had the wrong number.. They seemed to accept that answer..

Called left a message saying "I need to speak with you" in a very threatening voice. After reading these notes, I don't think i will be returning her call.

Called saying that I owed money from a doctor's appointment that I had almost 2 years ago. Will not give me any information on the doctor's office at which I was supposedly treated. When I s****ed asking questions, I could tell she was getting mad. I told her I wasn't going to give her my credit card number if I didn't know exactly WHAT I was paying for or WHO it was going to.

I have seen the number on caller ID before, but never a message.  Today, I answered.  The guy said they were trying to collect on a medical bill--only the doctor name they gave me was not one we have ever seen, and he said the doc is a part of the McLaren network, but the problem is that when I looked up the doctors name, he was from Grand Rapids.  Really?  He works out of McLaren, and has an office across the state??  So****ing doesn't add up.  He said if I made payment over the phone, then he could have the item removed from our credit report....really. Give you my credit card number over the phone for a bill I don't even owe.  Not a chance.

Said we were being "audited" for a medical bill. Very rude!

I get about 5-8 calls a day from this number and never a message. After reading these other posts, I am not concerned. If it was that important, they would leave a message and a good number to call back at.

Have received a few calls from this number, but no message is left.  I called it back, and it said "this number does not receive incoming calls".

I get 3 or 4 calls a week, sometimes we let the ma****e get it, they have given us a few different first names but always Smith as a last. when we answer it ***ody responds. What the heck is going on. I would like to know.

Several calls a day, unknown, does not leave a message

I get calls from this number multiple times each day.  When i answer, they will not tell me who they are, just that the call is for 'India Smith' - someone I've never heard of. But then the calls continue.

I have no idea who this is or why she is calling... calls a few times per day.

I have 3 missed calls within a few days from this number.  I've never had a chance to answer and they never leave a message.

I have seen this number quite alot on my caller ID and if I answer she has the exactly same at***ude the as previous complaints have stated

i didnt answer but got a message saying the mans name was Hal Smith and that he needed a call back immediately. so i called the number back and it didnt take incoming calls. so i used the number he left in the message and called from a payphone and said they were from some health place, then i told them they called my cell number so i was calling right back (all within 5 minutes) and they called my cell phone 5 times in a row after i ***g up. so i refuse to answer these people.

caller identified herself in voice message as "Sue Johnson" and "Mrs. Johnson". Caller did not state a reason for calling, caller spoke in a stern almost threatening tone of voice and demanded a return call "beofre 5 o'clock PM"
