Called my cell 9/29 at 1 pm. Didn't leave a message. Tried calling back immediately and got a message saying the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

Left voice mail...second from this #.  Recording to refinance credit card payments.  ?????????????SPAM

My husband received a call on his cell from this # in which a guy just said, "Hi..." then it sounded like he got cut off. About an hour later I got the same thing at my cell number, which is one digit lower than my husband's cell number.
