***!!!...Glad to have a friend tell me about this link...This fruad has called saying..."I need your attorney's information...you are being charged with criminal charges...you will get to know me...your social # and e-mail address are???..etc...etc..." He is very loud and rude...has a very thick "Indian" accent...and there is thick back ground noise. I am filing a police report...and a FBI report on him today to try to get another "crazy" off the streets

InstaCash, an online payday loan company, just called my WORK phone number 6 times in a row...threatening me about an unpaid debt.  I was told that tomorrow the Sheriff is going to be at my door (a residence I no longer live at) to arrest me for bank fraud and that government is after me.  Funny thing though, I work for the government.  So, I simply told them that the next time I receive a call from them I am going to transfer them straight to the police department who will be of further****istance.  They haven't called back since :-D

Who is this?  At first I thought it was an out of country number.  When I answered, there was some guy with a very heavy foreign accent asking for someone who I had never heard of.  Very strange!

The person from this number continueously calls you and will make biting remarks, petty threats and then sm**** s**** joking around about saling you fruit. After you demand to be removed from their calling list the calls will intensify. If you don't answer they call more and even leaving messages asking you why you won't answer your phone. I'm filing a police report a***nst them today.

He called and said that I need to have my attorney call and he would like to wish me the best of luck because, I am going to jail. I had my attorney call him and they ***g up on him.

Be careful! These calls are made by some kind of computer or voip system. You won't be able to call it back. And forget blocking it, they'll call insidiously from another no. They will threaten you that a lawsuit has been filed and you are going to jail if you do not pay up on some debt by credit card (what idiots). A  payday company let their info. out by accident and these people (the scammers) obtained ss#, bank routing nos. etc.- enough to make you believe them & worse, scare you. In the USA, no one goes to jail for an unpaid debt. And no one gets sued without 'due process' (receives an actual summons).This is all a scam! Tell them that you know it is such and that filings have been made a***nst them with the FTC & FBI (which is all true). They will call repeatedly and get very very belligerent until you firmly explain you know this is a scam & that you're filing or will file a complaint like others have done with the FTC & / or FBI. Do not be scared.

Very threatening caller and he has called me over and over stating I am going to jail, he knows where I work and I am going to be arrested at work and they are going to take my pay check. He says I have one minute to return the call or all of the actions are going to be taken.
