I got the same call, she also said this was her last "courtesy call". Only robo call centers refers to these spam calls as "courtesy calls"

got a voice mail from my magic jack with the same thing, thought they got the wrong number, i was looking up number on google so that i could right and tell them wrong number but if they are doing to more people it probably is a scam.

They called my cell phone and tried to sell me lower interest rates (robot-call).  Now I have to pay for their call.  I thought it was illegal to make calls to solicit business from cell phones.  They are doing their business on my dime!  Stop this kind of calls!

This caller -- a woman who sounded like a 7th grader -- left a voice mail on my cell.  It was hard to tell whether this was a live person or a pre-recorded message.  She addressed me only as "You", and began by saying that we had talked last week about some "deal" on lower interest rates.  Didn't specify what those rates were for... which didn't surprise me since none of it was true.  Ended by prompting me to call her back at 1-877-723-1423.  Sounds like another scam to me.
