Got a call 2hours ago, didn't bother with them though,

Just got the call too and answered it and no one on other end so I ***g up.

Just got a call on my cell (which I can't take because I am at work). Hit "ignore" and they did not leave a message. Sounds like a good cal lto have ignored!

Answered the phone a couple minutes ago and I hear someone say I'm sorry and ***g up. That is a little strange.

Voicemail left by Lisa Middleton stating we spoke last week about lowering interest rates... I have never met such a "John Smith" named person ever...

I received a call from this number to a texting application I have on my iPhone. It's strange bc I the phone number is NOT my cell number, nor is it a published number. It's a pseudo number used with VOIP applications.

same thing happened to me.  disconnected number.  don't know where its coming from.

Same thing happened to me @ 10:59 PST am.  Man said "I'm sorry" then ***g up.

Someone called me from this number a half hour ago. I said, "Hello?" and a male voice said, "I'm sorry." and ***g up. I believe the comments saying it may be a debt collector as I received a call last week from a different number (651-829-6359) that is apparently a debt collection agency. I do not have debt collection issues but have been hassled by debt collectors for YEARS. It is getting old and is very su****ious. If anyone knows who to report these issues to, please post the information. I would welcome it.

Yep. Not 5 minutes ago - left voice mail about lowering interest rates. Guess what I did with THAT voicemail?

I answered it after i said*****o they said I'm sorry and ***g up, i called it back and it was a disconnected number. 14 MAR 2010 1:09pm east cost time. I can make a call like this from work. some phones will show a private number and other phones will show a number that's disconnected.At work on the phone there you can hit *67 9 to get the outside line 1 area code then the number. so if i called the number that called us it would be like this. *67918107439*** and i could say any thing i want to the other person and then **** up and when they call back it comes up as a disconnected number.

Its for Consumer Debt Hotline. I called the number the gal left on my voicemail. I have never heard of these people, nor have i ever dealt with any company involved with them. SCAM

My wife got this call on her cell phone at work. She did not answer it and they left no voice mail. I called it and it is disconnected number.

Did not answer. They left a voicemail claiming to be someone I spoke to last week about lowering my interest rates and since I am making the minimum payment they can lower it. I have not made any phone calls requesting a lower interest rate so I feel like this is some kind of scam or so****ing.
