Answered phone and non english guy wants to know how i am doing. I told him to stop calling me. He ***g up. I get a lot of calls a day and need to have them stop. I am on no call list but that means nothing

Says number is no longer in service

Called my home phone at 9:30 pm-------when I answered they listened and then ***g up.
