Called my number and not speaking when I answer.  Let it go to voice mail and they didn't leave a message.  They have called my cell 4 times in a rown.

This number is one of the many for Capital One Auto Finance. I called it back just to make sure. They seem to enjoy using a new number every time they call.

Received 2 in a row within minutes. No messages. When they called back, I answered, nothing on the other end. They called back a***n three more times in a row within two minutes, I picked up and ***g up each time. Who ever it is, must not have anything IMPORTANT to say.
