Called an individual my wife works with, and nearly sent her into labor with his aggression. This guy is a total dirtbag. Give him no information.

Daniel Smith is not a lawyer. His phone number is registered to a residence in Ellettsville, IN. He told me he was calling from NY and I would be in serious legal trouble if I didn't provide him with the information he needed. Like everyone else he has called, he wanted info on someone I hve not had contact with in several years. I contacted the Elletsville Police Dept and they said they could not do anything since I do not live in their town. They suggested I file a police report in the town where I live. DO NOT GIVE DANIEL SMITH ANY INFORMATION AT ALL - HE IS A LIAR AND SHOULD NOT BE CALLING PEOPLE!

Wanting information on someone I have not had contact with for over 10 years.  Threatening me, saying I was listed as a power of attorney and responsible for this person.  Very very rude and arrogant.  DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION - NOT LEGIT AT ALL.  He would not give me any information or his company.  Wanted me to contact this person from 10 years ago and have them call him personally to have my name taken off as POA.

THIS GUY IS AN IDIOT!!!This guy DANIEL D. SMITH is apparently a scam artist who is not very good at the con. He is a complete IDIOT. His messages on the answering ma****e are very comical using this very intimidating voice but overdoes it a bit with saying he is an attorney. Anyway, looks like he is at 6151 W. Delap Rd., Ellettsville, IN 47429-9668 if anyone wants to go throw eggs at him.

This man Mr. Smith is a bill collector.  He has very abusive tactics to try and collect money. He will call any and all avenues to get what he wants.  He is rude, unprofessional, threatening and ***ue by design.DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO!I called my local law enforcement agency and they****isted me in discovering who & what he was. Their advice was to tell him to not harrass you and **** up the phone.If this were legit, you would be receive a subpoena.

This guy Daniel says he is a Lawyer and my son should get a lawyer. Will not tell you anything. Accused daughter-in -law of several things. POA and etc. Do not tell him anything. Says he is with a Law firm DDI

This guy is a real piece of work. DON"T GIVE HIM INFORMATION REGARDING ANYTHING OR ANYONE YOU KNOW! He will call and harass you, your family and close friends. My friends, family and I believe him to be a scammer. Meaning, he could take your money and ***** up your credit! So be careful! And report him right away.

This Daniel Smith from DDI is a RUDE ******!!! Harrasing my wife and myself, saying that I had been given POA over someone I know, and is wanting their legal coucil information. Whatever this joker is telling you, demand that he proves it in writting (legally) or tell him to "shove it".

Also have recieved two phone calls from this extremely rude man - who says only "what's your Lawyer's name"? He is Arrogant enough to actually be an Attorney; but my guess is he's a para-legal with a nasty job. Agreed: Do not give him ANY information about yourself or anyone else!

After extensive research, I called this guy back.  He is a collector for a credit card co.  He called friends and family looking for info. He harassed a pregnant relative and caused her sever mental anguish.  He denied calling anyone.  I checked the phone number and it is an unlisted number out of Ellettsville IN.  There is no web site.  He claims he is with a company called Diversified Data Inc. out of New York.  He said there is no website and he does not have to register his company with anyone.   Big deal he coughed up the $250 to get a business license and $39.95 for a subscription to Net  Sleuth!  He tried to claim bank fraud on a residence that was not even****ociated with us until 10 years later.   DO NOT give this guy any information.  If he contacts you, I suggest you contact your local representative as I have done.

This guy David Smith from DDI co. in Indiana is a dump a** and he will not say what he wants he is calling for someone else and he keeps telling me to get a lawyer but the *** dose not say what he wants .
