Looking at this, It's hard not to see the obvious outrageousness of it all. I really should get my phone # c****ed. I think I've just gotten so used to ignoring it that I don't even think twice about it anymore.
At the beginning of this year I began receiving calls from an alarming number of telemarketers and "scam" artists. I added my phone number to the national do not call list after about 2 weeks of non stop harrassment. As to what many of you have described here, I too have been a victim of stolen account numbers, pin numbers (I once had a gentleman read back my debit card number and atm pin number digit for digit!!!), logins and passwords, ***ual harrassment via phone, being cursed at and told that I can file a complaint with whomever I wish but it won't do anyone any good and it certainly won't stop them. To this day, I have no idea what c****ed from December of 2007 to January of 2008 that caused my phone number to get in their hands. People tend to tell me that it's because I use my cell phone as a "home #" on everything when, in fact, my fiance does the same thing (we've never had a house phone between the two of us) and has yet to receive one telemarketing call or "scam" call in the 3 years I've known him. Anyhow, the reason I'm here... This # everyone is discussing has called me so many times over the last 10 months that I have added them to the list of #s for my cellular company to block (doesn't work!), I have filed a police report with my local authorities (hasn't worked) and with the authorities in Landsville, Indiana where I'm told the land line originates from (nothing yet but they're working on it... so they say). None of this has worked so far and to this day I still receive phones calls from the man with the heavy accent. Usually I let it roll to voicemail, knowing they won't leave a message (not purposefully anyway) and move on with my life. Today however, expecting a call from my sister, I was in a hurry, in the grocery store and didn't look at my caller ID so I answered the call. The man did not ask, "Is Ms. "Mona Summers" there?" as he had before but instead he simply said, "Good afternoon Ms. "Summers." and I ***g up once I knew who it was. And for the record, of course, that's not my real name. So I came online today to do some more digging. Too see if there's anything new. I found this website. All I can really hope anyone gets out of this story is to ignore them completely. It is my beleif that my initial conversation with this man gave him enough information to get anything and everything he needed as far as my personal/ financial information. Please do not allow him to intimate, enfuriate, or purge you for any information. If a call is received from this person more than once, I would reccomend contacting your phone provider and requesting the incoming call information and report it to your local authorities. Believe it or not, they do communicate with one another and if enough people make reports, maybe one day they will catch this man and his affiliates. Remember, telemarketing or scam calling with stolen or purchased phone #s is illegal if you are on the national do not call list or have requested they remove you from their list. If your cell phone has a record feature and someone is rude to you or gets out of hand, don't hesitate to push that record ****on and request their rep Id # as well as a direct contact # for their call center.
This number calls everyday for my husband and when i tell them he is unavailable, they **** up immediatly. It is a male with an accent.
I just recieved a call tonight from a man claiming he was from the United States National Medical Office. I could barely understand his accent, so when I kept trying to find out who he was, he ***g up on me.
They called me twice last night when I was working, leaving me one voicemail. It sounded like an accidental call, no one there just background noice. Sounded like a call center. Then they called a***n 3 times today! One after another, ringing only a couple of times each before they ***g up and tried a***n. No messages. I am glad I looked up the number, now I am certain that I should not pick up the calls.
Call received 10/10/08 at 1:32 EST. ***g up on me after I said three "hellos"

they just called twice. No message was left.
I have gotten several calls from this number and they are definitely a fraud company, if you get a call from this number, have your bank account number c****ed and don't give them any information. The last guy that I talked to from this number also made ***ual comments and was very rude. I guess if we get enough people on here we might could get so****ing done about it
I got a call from a gentleman claiming his name was Eric Smith?? and he was calling from the National Medical Department. He had a very thick Indian accent. When I asked what the call was pertaining to, he said that I had qualified for a medical discount card. I stopped him right there and asked him to please take me off the list. He said, "No, ma'am." I asked a***n and was given the same response. I then told him I would contact the BBB if the company did not stop calling and he told me to "go ahead, ma'am." At this point I was very annoyed and asked him if he was an idiot -- they guy said yes!! What kind of country do we live in that people can be hounded by fraudulent pieces of **** like this?? Can't the government do anything about it??
Called numerous times, no messages left.
Rang twice, no message...figured I'd check here first before I tried calling it back.
This number called me and when I picked up they didn't say anything so when I was ****ing up I heard so****ing but I ***g up anyway. I called back and like Farko it asked me for a pin number
This specific phone number called me at my work office. A guy with a very heavy accent stated his name was John Smith (right?!)and that he was from the National Medical Department office. He was offering some type of medical discount card, and that I was referred by my bank since I hold a satisfactory bank account. He said all I needed to do was comply and answer a few questions so that he can mail it out. I already knew that this was guarantee some type of fraud. So, I informed the gentleman that I was not interested and kept trying to push it on me. I then stated that I will not comply and that I believe what he was doing was a fraud. This is when it got ****!!! He then stated that he has possession of my bank account # at which he then read out my account #. To my shock he was indeed correct (I don't how they got it), but I denied it. He then got really upset and said "You watch I will wipe out your account clean, because of you I will lose my job, and I will modify the recording I have of you and will take out any NO's and NOT's you said. I ***g up, went straight to the bank and had my account number c****ed. So they wasn't able to victimize me, but they are still calling me!!!! I also tried to call that number back and it's an automated service asking you to input your pin number. So yes beware!!!
they say that it is long distense phone company.. they were giving very good rates so i am not sure if its a scam or real..
