Someone is calling me to my cellphone, and ****ing up, I called back but it comes a message, his name is Justin, that's all a know. Anyone knows what is this about??

Constantly calls but leaves no message. The last time this guy called there was a few seconds of voicemail left and it sounded like he was in a coffee house or some other public location. I saw on another site that it is someone from USell.com. I used them once but never bothered to send in my device because I c****ed my mind. I'm wondering if they sold my phone number to someone or if they got hacked and information leaked out to this person.
