The caller said that they were calling about a legal matter. She had an incorrect first name but correct last name. It was imperative that I return the phone call as soon as possible.

About case a***nst me from HBCC debt from 2014 of $1700-if I want to go to court they will add court fees and it will go up to over $4000. I told them I have nothing in collections. She had the last 4 of my social. I said if this is real, they can just serve me bc I don't know who you are. She said she'd send in the paperwork to have that happen. I said they can't sue me after 6 years anyway bye!

A Sara called wanting to speak to Sandra….but they are calling number? So called back and left a message, yes I know a Sandra but she has Alzheimer’s does not talk on the phone, so I told them to send me a letter or email and I would see how I can help.

Claim to be a law firm "vital processing service" they are calling they are calling. They are not even calling me! They are asking for someone else entirely. THIS IS FRAUD CROOKS on the other end.

Trying to contact ‘____’ unable to reach them. Can you have them call Sara on number on your caller ID.

They called my RELATIVE phone and left a message. Then called phone and left a message for my. "hello, my name is tara with vital processing service and i'm rea****g out to "your name" concerning a time sensitive pending legal file thats in our firm to be arbitrated. Continued to call and leave messages about a "debt" I owed that will go to arbitration..used a prior last name I haven't had in 12years. She called a***n from an area code from my state. Claimed debt was from 2020 (before I even had that last name too), and claiming I never filed bankruptcy a few years ago. They also had my full social security number. SCAM, do not engage!

Called my brother looking for me. Said they were from an arbitration firm. Called and left me a VM with a locally-s****ed number saying the same thing, though she said "arbitra-****ion" because I guess big words mystify her. They were using my former married name - I've been divorced and using my maiden name for 13 years, so obviously very stale debt (if it was ever even valid).

They claimed that they are the middlemen in settling the Social Security Admin legal issue.... lol... they reached before also from different numbers...

Has called and texted several times. I spoke with her and when I asked what it was about, she ***g up on me. Clearly a s***bag seeking to scare the simple public.

This lady called my brother asking for my mom and then my mom received a VM from her reporting she has legal claims and that she needed to return her call back in a timely manner.

She left a voicemail, saying it was imperative that I called her back in a timely matter, considering a legal issue.

Says there’s a pending arbitration a***nst me if I do not make a payment on a medical bill that occurred in 2011. Called back number to speak to original “firm” and they ask you as their answer greeting what number you’re calling from to gather your “case” so yeah scam.

Claims to be an arbitrator for an unnamed collection agency regarding a pay day loan originated in 11/2012. They game a name of the payday loan company as EZ Cash, never heard of them and have no affiliation with them, Said I would be served by the collection agency when I refused to work with the arbitrator.

Claims that I am involved in a case set for arbitration

claiming to be from a legal office for a supposed credit card (that i never opened in my name) from 2002 Its a skammer claiming they will sue you if you don’t pay

they call and say it is imperative that you call them, you're involved in arbitration in a legal matter, etc. they then call your ex-husband's girlfriend to contact you.
