I turned in a BBB complaint about this company and here is the response NACA sent. They state they are not selling anything.... really?!?! Aren't they selling mortgages and don't they get paid for selling mortgages? Making sure that "everyone who is in need is aware of their services" sure sounds like ....advertising.... to me. Who would spend money to make annoying calls to people on the DNC list if it weren't going to put money in their pockets? Enjoy..... Better Business Bureau has an alert on them. Submit a BBB complaint if you are on the Do Not Call list and got one of their prerecorded sales calls (illegal based on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
