They state that they are from Chase and it's regarding a college loan, and tells me to hold for a rep, needless to say our kids are too young for college and we have no loans

This may not work for every phone, it depends on your carrier. But if you are getting annoying calls it is worth a try. The service is Call Blocking and it let's you reject calls. Each carrier has a different number allowed. ATT is 6, my local cable company is 10. 
On ATT the caller will hear:
"Your call cannot be completed. The number you are calling has activated Call Blocking, indicating that they do not wish to receive calls at this time."    •    To block a number    ◦    Press *60 (1160 from a rotary phone) and follow the prompts    ◦    My prompt is 4 tones, then silence    ◦    I type in the number i.e. 813-322-9103 the annoying TMI guys    ◦    The system pauses the says "the service has been activated."    •        •    To turn off block a number    ◦    Press *80 (1180 from a rotary phone) and follow the prompts

TMI has called me twice today.  The second time they called I answered and they mentioned they were FWM Rewards.  Wanted to give me a $200 Walmart gift card for a purchase I made six months ago.  They had the last four digits of my credit card and wanted me to get the card to verify with them it was mine.  I ***g up.  This has to be a scam.

TMICalled six times so far TODAY.  Several more this past week.We answered several times, but no one was there.

Calls from both 813-305-8102 and 813-322-9103.  Two calls today.  Answered the first as I was worried it had so****ing to do with Christmas online oreder I had placed.....but no answer.  The second call I did not answer.
