These guys are criminals..using PHT and breaking HIPPA laws, scamming Medicare recipients and promising free orthopedic devices… ultimately billing Medicare and not delivering the promised goods. These are all foreigners with language problems and no understanding that they are breaking the laws. If in this country, they need to be extradited immediately. If in their own country, they need to be shutdown. OIG and FBI know all about this scheme and they are doing nothing . Non traceable number is the usual. There has to be a way to indict these hooligans.
