***Update: Here's the company information, including a number that they actually answer.Commercial Lighting Company(813) 935-4448 8201 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614 Get directions Cross Streets: Between CR-587A and Pico AlyI called and asked for Stephanie Smith and was forwarded to her cell phone.  I told her who I was and that we'd just spoken and asked her to never ever call our company a***n.  She said she didn't have any idea who I was because she was on her cell phone, and she ***g up.  I called the company a***n and asked if they had a no call list.  The lady I talked to was actually pretty nice.  She took my information (just company and phone number -- don't worry.  I didn't give anything away!) and said she was adding us to the list.  We'll see.  I forgot to get her name...

I also received a call from "Stephanie Smith" who wanted to know who was in charge of our building maintenance now, as if she had been in contact with someone before.  When I asked what company she was with she said, "This is Stephanie Smith!"  me: Okay, Stephanie, but what company are you with?Stephanie: CLC.me: And what do you guys do?Stephanie: We're a lighting company.me: I'm sorry, a what?Stephanie: A lighting company!me: Okay.  May I take a message?Stephanie:  I'm on my way to a job site right now!  I need you to page him for me!  (She sounded exasperated at this point.  I would have called her out on being so rude but was afraid to in case she really did have business with us.)So... I put her on hold, waited a moment, and came back to once a***n ask if I might take a message.  Frustrated, she said she'd call a***n once she got back to the office.  I should have told her not to bother.

I received a call from this company but told them I didn't buy anything from anyone who didn't call on me in person.  That ended the call.

"Stephanie" called to say she had forgotten "the name of that guy that does our maintenance" (note that she's implied she works for us).    She sounded tired and resigned, as if she was just doing a job and needed someone to fix so****ing for her.  Since we don't have any locations in the 813 area code, I was su****ious.  I asked for a callback number, she said she was "going out on client calls" soon.  I asked for the name of her company, and was told "us," then "Commercial", and finally "Commercial Supply".  ***g up when we asked a***n for a callback number.Caller seems to be a self-trained actress trying to be a scam artist.

Very rude woman calling insisting on talking with my husband -- when I asked what the call is about, she asked for his cell phone number.  Very evasive when asked about the nature of the call...she then said it was about our "building maintenance".  We have a home-based business!  When I told her that, she ***g up!

This woman calls several times a day. Is belligerent when our FM won't answer. She then lies to try and get his cell phone?  Jokes on her I'm the head purchaser, I we didn't and won't ever order from her company.  How often does bulling work in sales?  Commercial Lighting Company is full of idiots.

This guy calls once a day asking who c****es our light bulbs. I DO. and if i need more i go to wal-mart or home depot. He ***g up on me today when i asked who he was with.

Just had this company call me and said, who is your maintenance man a***n?.  I told him we didn't have a maintenance person so he wanted to know who purchased light bulbs and such.  I told him I did and I wasn't interested.  Just called back a***n within 5 minutes and I put my DND on but they didn't leave a message...UGH

These people are driving myself and our Facilities Manager nuts!  They call 3 or 4 times a day and can't get the hint that we aren't interested!  Not to mention that they are very rude.  If he doesn't answer his phone, they will call back and demand to be put thru to him immediately.  I just **** up on them.
