I got the same call over 20 times yes****ay. "Phil" wouldn't give me any info and threatened to arrest me THEN s****ed talking *****... ugh.. gross...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. just **** up on them, file a complaint with the FTC, State attorney generals office and a police report.

On Friday, July 01st A Middle Eastern man calling himself Sam said he was calling from American Law Division and Law Firm accredited with the BBB out of Florida. He did not give me a case file # and said there were 1 allegations of fraud a***nst me and that there was going to be a warrant out for my arrest the next day. He s****ed yelling demanding to know why I would commit fraud and why I refused to pay back my loan from Cash Advance America. I said I did not even know what he was talking about...I s****ed asking questions...a date/amount/company...he just keep telling me I was going to jail and would not answer my questions...told me I would have to speak to someone from CAA. He supposedly connected me to this guy (it was strange because you could hear him talking to this guy...just like if someone picked up another extension in the same place) the guy from CCA said he was not speaking to me and I was going to jail for what I had done...the first guy told him to just talk to me...so he did (sort of) if you call yelling at me - telling me I commited fraud and was going to jail talking! He claims to have emailed me 3 times and that I never responded. Then the second guy got back on...now all of a sudden he was not willing to settle the full amount of $786.00! He had my Full Name, Home Mailing Address, Email Address and Social Security Number and he said that my social Security Number is being investigated and an officer will show up at my door step with a docket for court and my arrest. I have the first call on my home answering ma****e but I don't know how to record it for the officer or police station.

yes i got the same msg w this phone number.. from the americian devision.. i knw this is a scam , because it happend to me last year..i aint falling for this one a***n, untile i get a certified mail.. rather then scaring me on the phone.. this is bs!! :)

These people called several times claiming they're calling from the American Law Division stating his name is John Parker. He said that I was a suspect in a fraud case.

Naming themselves American Law Division-Man has a deep indian sounding voice-using social security number acting like I'm involved in a criminal case.
