This number comes up as ULTIMATE MEDIC on caller ID.  They got our number when my wife did a job search on the internet.   They use several different numbers to call from so blocking one wont work.  I called 813-387-7597, one of the many numbers they use (see below) and got a service rep.  I told them to put me on their "In house do not call list" - Note: It is my  understanding that you must use that exact phrasing or the telemarketer does not have to do so.
