I don't think they want to. give a better interest rate at all, they are only phishing for. personal information. I don't even have a credit card, why would I want a better interest rate, when I've got the best deal yet -- zero interest rate , and no credit card. These are obviously foreigners and sound like they are up to no good!! I don't. answer their calls anymore:
