A debt collector who has the wrong party, but refuses to stop calling.

This number seems to be affiliated with Accelerated Finance.  They called and left message for someone I do not know.

aacc is a joke! they buy old debt from people that wrote it off then harass people to pay. there are a few legal places you can contact that will have a field day with these ****s. i was told by a lawyer not to pay and he would contact them but if you send one dime you re-open the debt!! google aacc and look at the complaint board. beware of these s*** ****ers!

Someone has been calling from 813-464-2350 for about a year, for a Denise. I do not know a Denise and want these calls to stop immediately

This number calls me 4 to 5 times a week and then stops for a week or two. My voice mail never gets all the message and I've marked it on my phone as "never pick up". I use my phone alot and hope****et acceptance reads these so they know this ****od of trickery to get a debt that doesn't exist will never be picked up. Some day laws will be tougher on these sharks! Good luck to the rest of you out there, don't get tricked by this number!

They called on my cell number, and the funny thing is, the cell phone isn't even in my na*****is debt is over 10 years (from Mervyns) and $500 - that's right $500 - It's off my credit report, and if I pay the $500, it will go back ON my credit report as a bad debt for 7 years.  I have no reason to pay it.

Continously calls and ****s up. we owe no debts.

I got one of those calls and it s****ed with an automated message saying "This is not a sales call, please hold on the line for an important message". Well I waited so I could give them a piece of my mind and it repeated the message, then the action s****ed! I heard it connect to someone and I waited for them to say*****o or ask a question, but nothing. So I ***g on the line not saying anything and just listened. To my surprise I hear the guy talking to another female operator about how when he worked for the other outfit that he only got 6K in bonuses and that now he is getting 14k in bonuses. Also, he said things were slow now, but when people s**** getting their W2's and tax returns that it will s**** paying off big time. Now mind you I had no idea who was calling me, but I was laughing inside knowing that they had no clue I was listening to them ***g about their bonuses and how easy it was to make money doing this job. I listened for almost 10 minutes waiting for this idiot to figure out that he was connected and say*****o so I could tell him that I got a zero dollar bonues this year and maybe he wouldn't mind sending some of that 14k to me. Needless to say after laughing with his female cohort about how much fun this job was, he realize he was connected and muttered so****ing before ****ing up. After the call I did a G search using the phone number and here I am letting you know about my experience. So my advice to you is this "Say nothing, just listen". They will either **** up or you might just get a little entertainment. Either way they get "NOTHING"!

I don't know.  I don't listen to calls from unknown people.  but AACC shows on my caller ID.

I called them awhile ago and spoke to a woman name Reece Washington ( I have gotten her to spelled her name for me in case I need to file a complaint), she asked me if I am Sharon Davis , I told her no and she asked me what is my number, I told her that don't call me a***n, she just ***g up on me. Tried calling second time, believed the call was ***g up by her too. I tried for a third time, managed to speak to another woman CS,didn't get her name because she was speaking so fast.She was reading about calls being monitor ( as usual the collection agency stuffs). Anyway, I asked her as if why are they calling my number so frequent and tell her to check the caller ID for my number because I am not giving out any info. She asked me if I am Sharon Davis, I told her no. Then I asked her what is she going to do about it? She sd she will remove my number. I then asked her "IF" I ever get calls from AACC a***n, what would she suggest that I do? I also told her that "do you think I should make a police report for harassing if I get another call a***n?" She rudely told me, no since you are not Sharon Davis, we will not call you a***n. She ***g up on me. No apology nothing....Well, I'll wait and see if I ever get that call a***n...To the others, good luck dealing with them, I know the collectors are doing their job,but please do it with pride and don't harass people.

Yeah, i got those calls too several times a week. They call my cellphone numbers and looking for "Mike Lane". I've never picked it up and They always left messages.It's getting REALLY annoying. Is there any way to stop it?

This number keeps calling me for Teddy Cooper----I told them no one here by that name.  But they keep calling-----Just me and my husband here and we are in our 70's---we don't owe anyone.   I want them to stop calling.

813-464-2350 is listed as****et Acceptance Capital Corporation.  They apparently buy up bad debts and try to collect them.  Anyone who has received calls from them might like to contact their customer service at 1-800-545-9931 or their corporate offices at 1-800-505-5166.  Also their email is: [email protected]

This is a collection agency.  They are "skip" tracing (meaning they are calling neighbor or former neighbors of a person who skipped paying on a bill of some sort and the debtor had c****ed their phone number).  I just called back the number in the message and told them that the number they are calling is not****ociated with the name they are looking for.

I've gotten this call that says if you continue to listen your admitting your Bobby Catrell and I am not but it plays anyway. I haven't admitted to a **** thing. They called me and I'm not whom they're looking for and I never gave them my cell number. Probably some lowlife deadbeat collection agency trying to scavenge a few bucks by Chirsitmas

This number is a collection agency, theyare very verbally abusive and have harassed me for 2 months now.

This is accept acceptance a debt collection agency.  Don't answer them, when you tell them your not who they're looking for, they will scream and curse you.  If you ask for a supervisor, they will ****up.

I've been receiving calls from this number and they're trying to get hold of someone who hasn't even lived here for 4 years already.
