Didn't answer call...not at home...just number on caller ID

On June 23, 2009 at 7:40 pm message left on my ma****e from a so called Investigator Chloe? Kimbal. She said a civil complaint was filed in my county a***nst me, gave me a case # and said it was urgent I return her call. She stated that a summons was issued and would be served by my local law enforcement. I called my local clerk of courts and they said NO SUCH CASE # EXISTS.  Ms. Kimbal did not state who she worked for, but there were a lot of voices in the background, plus the time of the call  which leads me to believe she was calling from a collection agency cubicle. ******* understand most of what she said due to a heavy african american dialect at 100 mph, which didn't surprise me. Phone # to call back was 888-223-4801... different # from what was showing on my caller I.D. as IKN, Inc. 813-549-6158. I found that the call back # is an unscrupulous collection agency called "BCN" in Charlotte NC. SCAMMERS
