Chase auto and they don't connect you with a live person even though the prompts appear to, it just reverts to make an auto payment. LAte one time and they pretty much have the FBI after me, they should use Chase collections to find the Mexican drug lord who escaped from prison!

My whole family gets phone calls from them and Chase tells them Exactly why they are calling if I am late....isnt that some sort of privacy policy they have crossed when giving that kind of information out???

DONRT EVER GIVE CHASE YOUR BANK ACCT NUMBER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. WHENEVER THEY FEEL U OWE IT. I also have a car loan with chase bank. skittles over a year ago I was 2 days late (I wss in the hosoital) Shelly from credit dept called me at the hospital. I said I would take care of them when I got out of the hospital, well they pulled it out of my checking acct thru US bank and also took my check when I came in 2 days later. They refused to admit fault and reverse so I was charged almost 400 in late and penalty fees. The funny part is when every month they ask if I want to set up an account with them. what a joke. that will NEVER will that happen.

I like the way they constantly use different numbers to call you from. I got a call today from them, who is open on the 4th of July?????????

We have a car loan through Chase bank.  If that payment is one day past the due date, not late in my standards, this number s****s appearing on my caller ID.  NO one is there most of the time.  Sometimes a recording comes on saying who the caller is.  They fill my answering ma****e with silence, buzzing, and random computer generated voice messaging.  Harrassment in all definitions of the word.  Last month our payment was a day late and suddenly our Chase credit card which we had for about 4 years was closed!  No late payments ever on that card.My advice would be to never do business with them a***n!  Can't wait to pay off my vehicle and no more Chase bank!

I have never had a Chase Account.  They have the ability to make your phone ring loudly when you have silenced it.  Dr's office, funeral, you  name it.  Sometimes they call two or three times a month.

I had SEVEN missed calls in one day with no messages. I called and it was Chase, I'm not late, nor have I ever been late, my insurance is up to date, there was nothing wrong. No one at the company knew why i was being called repeatedly. i'd hate to see what it'd be like if i were ever late!

Hey - if you pay your freakin' bill, they don't call you - it's that simple! If you are getting these calls from Chase Auto Finance, it's not THEIR fault, it's YOURS! Man up and pay your bills.

hahaha this is hilarious I honestly didn't think anyone else would be having this problem and meanwhile look at all these comments.. you have to be kidding me. They actually called me WORK and left a voicemail on my WORK message (that goes to my ENTIRE DEPARTMENT) saying I was late... (I was actually a day early). Clearly they must be going bankrupt or so****ing.. perhaps they should stop spending so much money on their flipping phone calls.

I've received 6 calls from this number in the last 3 hrs.  If it is Chase, then they must be trying to trick us into answering since we stopped answering the (713) calls.  We are a little behind as my husband lost one job and his hrs were cut at the other.  We've already made payment arrangements with them so I don't know why they have to harass us like th***** there anyway to report them??

Yea its chase auto an they do STALK YOU! late or not late on a payment I made the mistake of wit****g my auto Loan from gmac to chase just to save 1.5% i never had a problem at all with them in over 4 years! Boy o boy i wish i never switched!!!

am also getting harassing calls from 813)584-2284 which is the Chase Auto Finance Collections Dept. They stalker call me from this number no less than 10-15 times per day.  I have been making payments but I have not been able to make full the last couple of months due to the fact that I was laid off 6 mos ago.  They also told me to **** so****ing, borrow money from a family member, etc.  I spoke with one of them and explained that I would be able to make a pymt this week but that I would be going into my local ***nch to do so.  I have been making payments that way despite the fact that collections has tried to bully me into paying over the phone and only to their dept.  So, the lady on the phone finally said ok and ***g up.  Not even 15 mins went by before I received yet another call from them.  I told the lady that I had already discussed the acct with another rep 15 mins ago and I was not going through another discussion.  She s****ed bullying me telling me that she didn't care who I had talked to already.  She then s****ed telling me that I had 2 options.  Have a yard sale and **** all of my valuable items, or have my car taken away (keep in mind, I am not even a month behind!).  I asked for her supervisor and she refused to allow me to speak with her mgr and would not even give me her supervisor's name.  She said "You are gonna deal with me and me only!"  I told her that I was gonna report her if she did not provide me with her supervisors name and transfer me to her.  I then just flat out refused to respond to anything she said and finally she said fine I will transfer you to my supervisor.  So she "transferred" me to some type of automated system that ****s up on you.  Wow...super....  looking forward to more of their stalker calls today.

This number keep coming up on my caller id with no message or Unknown Callerthe calls keep coming night and day early as well as late how can I stop them?I'm the only one living here for the past 5 months.

Chase Auto Finance calls on this number whether your not late, late 1 day or 1 week....It's annoying to have any dealing with CHASE!!!! They harass you throughout any business dealing you have with them....I specifically ask about any financing, "are you going with CHASE? If so, I say forget it then".....hate to deal with them with anything! You'd have a bigger headache afterwards.

Chase keeps calling, leaving messages.  Can these fools be turned over to the FCC or some other enforcement agency?

Just got a call from this "813" # on my cell, I didn't answer it and no msg was left. Last night I got a call from 713-216-0248, from Texas and I answered because I have a friend in TX. Wasn't my friend, instead an automated msg said it was regarding my Chase acct and to call back an 800#, I didn't. I instead called Chase using the 800# off of my bill and told them what happened. They said it wasn't them and probably one of those phishing calls.

I paid my bill ahead of schedule and for a larger amount and they called me 10 times in one day. It doesnt matter what you do late or early they are waiting to call. Nothing we can do about it believe me I have tried.

I got a call from this number. No message. I called back and said Chase Auto. I told them I didnt have an account and they asked me for my phone number, and said they were looking for a James No****er or somecrazy stuff. I told him there is no one by that name here and I have had this number for 6 years. He was like ok... and I told him to contact the fraud department because maybe he was scamming you guys and he was just quiet.. then said ok i will remove the name. Dont enter your SS number at the prompt. Just press 0.

This is the s*** of Chase bank.  In fact this is probably another company that is using the chase name.  They call you on collections that aren't even late.  I'm not sure why?  But they can be fun.  When they ask you a question say so****ing like "venus is our new home".  Then when they ask a***n say "the groundwater flows south".   They get ill and ****up.

I have gotten several calls from this number.  When you call it back it asks for your social security number as the message says it is Chase Auto finance.

Someone keeps calling from this number.  They never leave a message, & the caller is Unknown.
