Debt collection agency harassing someone who doesn't owe debt!! I claimed bankruptcy, so they are harassing!

dynamic recovery solutions refused to tell me who they were looking for but wanted my name when I said that was irrelevant they stated they cld just **** up on me. I asked who they were looking for a***n they said what is your name I made up one, the girl said sorry wrong number & ***g up.

They are Dynamic Recovery Solutions from Greenville SC- very unprofessional, rude & nasty. I was ***g up on several times,told to "Get a hobby"; when I demanded a manager I was told "I dont need to do anything" was asked if I believe what I read in National Enquirer. CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in Greenville SC & file complaints a***nst this company!!!!They use several phone numbers.

I recievd a call today telling be that a debt that was a writer off on all three credit reports 7 years ago is now a has to be paid to the IRS as income. I ask for this to be maol to me and there request they refused and want me to fax every thing to hem that the debt was paid off they do not want to communicate in writing with me unless I am or have lawyer or legal representation They are crazy
