I posted a craigslist ad, responder asked "do you still have it?". Su****ious at the brevity of the response, I answered simply, "I do". This response followed an hour later: ------------------- Great, I would only pay by certified check. I would wait until check has cleared from your bank before I proceed with pick up. Please provide me with your name, mobile number and address for the check to be cut and mailed via FEDEX overnight. My mover would come for it after check clears. Don't do any business with anyone using this number... or offering to send you a certified check. This same number has been reported in detail on other 'whoisit?' type sites. I am posting here too, to make sure no one misses the warning. Deal locally, and always be careful!
