My friend recieved a call from a Kevin Brooks. And he told her to have me call him cause I was being sued for $2500. I called and after talking to an Indian guy name Neil (seriously, Neil?), I kinda thought it was a scam. Well, I had asked the Neil guy if he could provide me with the info that was used when the "loan" was applied for. And he read off to me, my last two previous addresses and phone numbers, my social, my bday, my DL number, and my FULL bank account and routing numbers. He does not have my current contact info (address, phone number) thank god. He kept asking me to give it to him, but I refused. I don't know if I should be worried, but I went ahead and set up an appt this afternoon with JAG (our military legal dept) and I am going to see what I can do. I don't know these people got all my info, but they have it. And to be honest, I'm freaking out.

This is a nightmare with this Company ACS Inc. First of all I would like to express how these collectors do not speak a word of CLEAR English. I been receiving phone calls at home and at work at least 30 calls a day. This Robin Smith has even went as far to speak to my Supervisor here at my job. Mr. Robin Smith is going to send an investigator to my employer and have me arrested. I feel so relief to see that I'm not alone on this scam.

These people keep calling me asking me for money, for a friends debt.  They keep ****ing up on me when I tell them I wont give them money

I have been having fun with these "towel heads" as one victim described.  Pretty good one I think, particularly since they have such American names and certainly are not.  I cannot believe the words out of these guys mouths.  One female called stating she was an investigator at place of employment.  These are harassing and threatening.  Now that I know they are scammers and have ******* their phone line all day and then some, they not only think they are good scammers but good f......rs.  I cannot believe their filthy mouths.  Everyone needs to contact the local FBI, FCC, FTC and police to file a report.  I have been informed that they will take ***ulative complaints, then may check it out.  I am the one who will bark the loudest to get them shut down.  I enjoyed my not to good of singing "Born in the USA" and asked if they were making any money from my call......repeatedly.  Keep the  phone line ******* and they can't get anything accomplished.....it was FUN.

Okay, I've received multiple calls from this number. This time he calls himself John Williams! ROFL! Absolutely amazing that this guy who can barely speak English thinks that I'll buy that his name is John Williams.Bad enough that Indians are taking legitimate jobs from Americans due to off-shoring to ***** us out of money, but now they've resorted to scam jobs from Florida phone #'s as well?

Contact the FBI.  I know they may tell you they are very busy with working on home mortgage scams currently, but this kind of scamming has been going on for a long time.  The FBI will remind of you that I am sure.  Well, I think it is time to get some of this **** shut down, no wonder we all have to worry about iden***y theft.  I too would like to press charges.I played with the "towel heads" as another victim has labeled them too.  Good thing I have unlimited long distance cause I plan to tie up their phone lines.

How funny....well not really.  I spoke with that same name.  How ironic that such a thick tongued male would have such a generic name.  Peter Jones, Steve Connor.....come on.  I hope everyone reports these guys to the FBI, their local authorites (Fraud department).  The government needs to s**** shutting down this stuff.  I will continue to call them to let them see how it feels, do you think scammers are going to turn in for telphone harassment.  That is exactly what I think they have done and I also know they are slanderous.  How can they say such things about people that are not true, and they also call their work and harass co-workers.  There are a couple of legal charges right there.  These guys also threatened they would put me behind bars.  Ha Ha Get Real!

Got another call from this company.  They called me last month as well regarding my mom.  He barely spoke english and told me that she was going to go to jail if I didn't wire him the money... so after a long discussion of me just messing with him.  I told him to come get her I didn't care!  Well they never picked her up last month... so I am not even wasting my time calling him back this time!!  This needs to stop.  Its comical, but annoying!

i called this number back 20 times in a row. i asked for a name and adress of where to send money just to see what they would say and finally the guy  was so mad he just kept spelling out :******* y o u : it was so funny

getting calls from "John Matthew"  Speaks virtually NO english - couldn't even make out the entire name of the company he finally brought a supervisor to the phone but i figured it was some sort of scam as he said so****ing about being an investigator and getting us in "trouble" with our social security numbers and jobs...obviously no real investigator would reveal sensitive information to just anyone who answers the phone...l

What can i do to get this bogus company and Matt Johnson from harassing me.  He calls my work # and then my cell and back to back to back.  I told him I know about the scam and he won't be getting any information from me.  He does this once a month and then stops and then s****s up a***n. I have been waiting for the police to come as he promised....and nothing.  LOL  But i want them to stop.

Calling at work and cell phone and also calling family members about a debt. Threatening to prosecute me.

This person continues to call my job and threaten me I want a way to stop him I did not take out any payday loan I do not even have a checking account

i recieved a call from this number and couldnt help but laugh at the guy. He couldn't prove anything and i told him i can fax you a bank statement if you'd like to prove i didnt recieve the money and he told me to get an attorney and bring it too court !! lol i called my attorney and he simply told me if they try to mess with my credit that we can file a sue a***nst this so called company and that they would never win. i suggest that if this has happened to you monitor your credit closely just incase.

A JACK TAYLOR,FROM THIS 813-708-1726, CALLED MY SISTER. TOLD HER  I INVOLVED HER IN A SCAN. HE TOLD HER TO CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY AND I SHOULD CONTACT THEM.. I DID NOT CALL RIGHT AWAY. NOT  UNTIL I REC'D A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE FROM THIS JACK TAYLOR SAYING HE WAS FROM ACS LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND I SHOULD CONTACT HIM RIGHT AWAY. IF I DO NOT CALL SO****ING WILL HAPPEN WITH SS#. I CALLED THIS JACK TAYLOR, IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND HIM, BUT IT HAD TO DO WITH A PAYDAY LOAN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HIM IF HE COULD PROVIDE ME WITH SOME SORT OF DO***ENT REGARDING THIS LOAN. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO A SUPERVISOR, WHO DID NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME, I STATED THE SAME THING TO HIM. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH SOME SORT OF DOC. IF YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT I CAN AVOID A JUDGEMENT OR LEGAL FEES.  I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE REPRESENTING, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO FULL DISCLOSURE.  HE GOT UP SET AND TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO SUIT ME. I TOLD HIM TO MAKE SURE HE FILE IN MY STATE. HE ***G UP THE PHONE

We recieved 5 calls indicating we should call the above number regarding criminal charges a***nst one of our residents. The person calling was difficult to understand. He called repeatedly  threatening and tried to intimidate me. This was most definitely harrassment. The caller identified himself as Victor Hill.

april....very good you didnt fall for there scam...police officer will never call you for a debt and you do not get arrested for a civil matter

I have been getting calls from this number. It is a scam. If you have ever applied for a payday loan over the internet, that is how they get your information. The guy that call me said his name was "Officer" Peter Jones. First of all a police officer is not going to continously call you in regards to a debt. He threatened to have me arrested if I did not wire him the money, which is a***nst the law.

yeah me too its scammers they tell you they are from ACS and are calling to collect unpaid debts from you from different cash advance companies, if you do not wire them the money then they will sue you and you will have to give them 4,000 , rediculous
