they called my cell # back to back when i didnt answer. i told them to stop calling me bc i reported them to ftc, bbb, and the fbi of their state.

These india speaking ****s have been calling me off and on for months saying they have a judgement a***nst me, but wont't say exactly what it is. They call me repeatly at work, and I never answer my cell when it says "unknown".They want me to talk to their "supervisor". They say will come and arrest me. They use fowl language. Is there not some way to stop these "****s".

Called a***n - saw international number of 05249**** and call back number is 8137564724 - I have reported this once with the FBI - will do it a***n.

This company got me for $683. I thought it was legit. I am furious!!! Now they are calling saying I owe them even more money. I want to know is there a way for me to get my money back. I am looking into it. I cannot believe I fell for it. What was I thinking???

Same man keeps calling my # too with the same ****.  Very nasty and today he is using the name Alex Alexander.  Couldn't give complete details about the matter but just saying so****ing about my SSN and so****ing about an affidavit.  They did this to me about a year ago and I just ignored them, now they s****ed the same **** a***n.

I took one payday loan and was past due paying it. I have since settled it and have it writing that my payment was made and my account paid in full. Now I have these idiots calling me trying to get me to believe that they will "blacklist my social security number in several states"---hahaha! If they only knew how ****** they sounded. Anyway, I contacted the payday loan place that these guys said they were calling about (they called the references that I put down--that's how I know it was about the payday loan) and they said to ignore these guys and that it is a complete scam.

Same thing happened to me just moments ago - same foreign number and actually said if I valued my life and my children's I would call them back.

Ive been receiving these calls for weeks now.  I keep ignoring them, even tried to listen to what they were saying the first time they called. I knew it was a scam the moment he s****ed talking & claiming to be an officer.  He has called my job back to back today & when I told him to stop, he said he wouldn't until I listened to him.  It's being reported to the Postmaster general.  If they were really law enforcement, they would know that harrassment is a***nst the law. And they always call from a different number, my area code has even popped up on occasion.  Today the call came from a foreign number 05249****.

This is a scam! They got my information from the internet. They use very harsh scare tactics, trying to get money out of people! Reported to the FTC they told me that ignore the calls evantually they will stop. The guy had a very bad Indian accent and at first his name was Rick Thomas today it was David Goodle.

heavy India accent man keeps calling my job, my home about SS# and fraud and that if i do not call them back they will have someone come and arrest me from my place of business. they call every day and not all hours of the night.

First of all they called me asking about my sister and told me that I needed to have her call them in reference to her SS# number.  When I asked them how they got my information they became very nasty and hostile.  I then ***g up and they called me back several times within 10 minutes, getting very nasty and telling me to tell my sister that they were taking her to court.  So I googled the number and found this site.  Who ever they are it's a scam and I don't know what they are up to but, I will be making a police report for harrassment by communication at the least.

Same thing happened to me, guy with a heavy India accent - called my job . . . asking for me (could not say my name) making threats saying there was a serious claim a***nst my social security number to call... I called and told them that I was the office manager for a law office and there was no Sarah that has ever worked here and not to call a***n!  He said he will remove my number from the data base.

same indian ******* is calling me.  He obviously got this from a cash advance place because he's calling my references and leaving detailed messages of my personal info, which is wrong.  I don't owe anybody.  I am going to call and file a complaint w/ the atty gen too.

i have received a phone call from these ppl stating i owe money to a cash advanced place and he was cursing at me and just being really rude. i contacted the number to the place they stated i owed and they told me that it was a scam and they are trying to sue them now. But these ppl at this number 813-756-4724. is going to go down because i am sueing there a**

Got a call from this number on my cell. The accent was so heavy I couldn't understand the name of the person calling me. They wanted me to verify the last 4 digits of my SSN. I wouldn't give it to him. I ***g up. They called back 4 times in 5 minutes. I refused to talk to them. They left a voice mail. I'm not calling these guys back. I will however contact the Attorney General's office in Florida (813 is a FL area code) and in PA to file a complaint.

My mother received a phone call from this number. A man with a thick East Indian accent stated that he was trying to get in touch with me.  He couldn't*****ounce my first name, but did say my last name.  He said that he was with what she thought was Cash Finance Co. She could hardly understand him, but he gave her this phone number, (8130 756-4724 to call.  He said that if I didn't pay or get in touch with him then I would "get in trouble" and he was trying to help me from getting in trouble.  His accent is so thick that it is hard to understand what he is saying.

Yes i just received another one of these calls and they were saying the same thing so****ing about my ssn and fraud , i told them it was a scam he called my phone like 20 times and left ****** messages about what he will do with his private area and i went to my attorney general site for pa and filed a complaint, this here is ridicules

i have been getting calls from this number as well as others.. threating that i owe money with a company i never heard of, once i confronted them they have became vulger( saying to shut up in put his d*ck n my mouth,.... ***.... and since i said i am reporting the have called my 20 times in passed 30 mins... they r a scam. they actually got 500.00 out of my friends fiance.. with the same ****

Guy with a heavy India type accent telling me that there is an affidavid a***nst my SS# and it will go to court.  I looked on line a lot of people are getting these calls from someone saying they owe money and they don't and these people are making threats.
