I also received a call for Officer Patrick Wilson 305-515-8380 from the US Bureau Of Investigation Florida officer.  It was important that I call back or be contacted by an attorney.  I didnt fall for this one but I decided to play along. He asked for the spelling of my first name , I told him if he is from the FBI he should have my first name.  He then claimed he was on the other line with the attorney and to give him a phone number where he could call back, I gave him the phone number for the FBI office her in Chicago.  But before I ***g up he told me to lose the at***ude becasue this was a serious matter that needed to be taken care of, I told him to make sure he calls me back I would be waiting for his call

They tried to get me too. I have since decided to have some fun with this and prank them alot. I ahve kept him on the phone for over 13 minutes one time. I see this is as doing a civil service. He has said he is going to ****** my enitre family. That is the g rated version of what he said. He is a worthless scammer. Another number they use is 813-579-2688

This man (said his name was Officer Frank Martin), who could barely speak English, called me and said that I owed $210 to SJM Marketing, LLC.  Well, I don't!  And I'm not even sure who the company is!  It was a disturbing phone call, he said that I would be thrown in jail and I would never see my kids a***n!  What a scam!  I don't think he realized how ****** he sounded on the phone!

NOW HE IS FRANK MARTIN WITH THE US GOVERNMENT! HE LEFT A MESSAGE AT MY WORK AND AT A FRIENDS HOUSE THAT HE WAS INVESTIGATING FRAUD THAT I HAD COMMITTED.HE HAS ALOT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IS NOT GOOD, HOWEVER IT IS APPARENTHE IS CALLING FROM A BILER ROOM BECAUSE OF ALL THE ACTIVITY IN THE BACKGROUND.HE IS EITHER OF INDIA OR ****STAND DESCENT BECAUSE THE ACCENT IS SO*****OUNCED SO IM WONDER IF THIS IS REALLY A CALL THAT IS ORIGINATING THERE INSTEAD OF FLORIDA BECAUSE SURELY AN AMERICAN WOULD BE AWARE THAT ALOT OF THESE TACTICS TO COLLECT ANY DEBT ARE PROSECUTEABLE UNDER THE DEBT COLLECTION GUIDELINES FOR CONSUMERS RIGHTS.  BUT IF HE IS FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY, THEY WOULD NOT REALLY BE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR LAWS.

these people called wanting all the money i saved for my house payment.my wife and i were at a point of homelessness until i was told about this site by a law officer.everyone on here has described my phone call.

he clled me to and said i would be arrested on criminal charges but he could not tell me anything he called mr ****** and then ***g up...i called him back and told him if he was eaping me like he said i hope he gor the ****** in there......

I just recieved a phone call (at my place of employment mind you) from an Officer Frank Martin.  He stated that I owed $635 and that if I didn't provide him with my credit card number to pay the debt; officers would come to my job to arrest me tomorrow.  I acted as if I would give him my credit card number, then told him the number was GO TO*****; I'm notifying the authorities!  I ***g up, but the **** called me back stating they're coming for me tomorrow.  THIS IS A SCAM! I REPEAT; THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES SO THAT THESE ****S CAN STOP HARASSING INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!

They somehow got my number and my 12 year old son's phone number, but the message they left on his phone said he was looking to speak with a Mary Clemons, who clearly isn't my child.  I called our cell phone company and had a block put on all of our phones for this number.  I never called him back, because I sensed it was a scam.  I called the local authorities also and they said for sure it was a scam and took a report.

I received the very same type of phone calls and harrassment at work. I called the attorney general's office in my state and they encouraged me to contact the attorney general in Florida. I did this. They informed me that if enough of us contact them they can proceed in nabbing these scammers. Please...it was simple...call and let's get these guys!!!

Same thing happen with me,this crazy indian sounding guy claims to be "Jack Austin" calls me up and said i owe a debt and if i dont pay i would be arrested.The crazy thing is he had all my info and called people i know looking for me.I called back and he couldnt give me any straight answers. Who the***** is this guy,he needs to be stopped,hes harrassing people at work and at home for no reason. This guy is a scam artist, **** up on him.

*** this happened to me a few hours ago. A hindu Jack Austin??? called and said I owed over $600  or I cop would show up to arrest me either at work or home very soon if I didn't pay. I have had a payday loan in the past but paid it off. After he told me all these charges would be filed a***nst me I freaked out but I had a feeling it was a scam. You can't get arrested for debt. NO WAY! I even went to my bank to make sure because he had my checking account number! This world has gone crazy. If you get a call from this person **** up it's a scam and if they keep calling then call the attorney general and tell them!

I recveied a message from the same guy at work on my voicemail stating that if I don't call back  he was going to send the police to arrest me.

This Jack person just called my job and said that he needed to talk to me and that he would be sending the police to arrest me if I refused his offer. I asked him to send me so****ing in writing and he said that he could not do that until I had paid all of this loan. Why are these people harrasing me at work???????

I received a message from "Officer Jack Austin" today.  He could barely speak English and didn't any information on who or what I owe.  I believe it is a scam too.

Received a call from Jack Austin, who also called my job and informed them that I was being charged with fraud and trying to run away with a payday loan company's money. Told me the parent company of the loan company was SJM Marketing LC also known as Platinum B, phone # 866-722-2770. I called them and they hadn't heard of me. Jack Austin told me to call the company at 202-470-4848 because I refused to discuss this with him until I knew what I supposed owed. The number is to a Patrick Wilson who claims to be a crime investigator and couldn't give me anymore information than the first person. There have been no contact through mail or anything else.

I got a call at work from an Officer John Austin aka David Jackson. He said I had an outstanding 200 debt from some online payday loan. I have never used an online payday loan before. He told me that I had to pay 670 dollars because my debt was so late and that I could only use a credit card. He told me that I was going to be arrested for check fraud if I did not pay or I could pay 200 every 2 weeks until payed off. He would not tell me where he was from or what company I had the debt with. He got real rude with me when I questioned the debt. I think this is a serious scam. I also see other people have had the same thing happen to them.

I too received that same call today, stating he was officer jack austin and needed to speak with me about an urgent matter, that someone put me down as a reference? I didn't anwser he left a voicemail and was kinda hard to understand, I think he's a foreigner and that this is a scam.

This morning 9:05am 5/15/09, I recieved a message on my cell phone stating his name was Officer Jack Austin with crime prevention calling to tell me he has an urgent matter he needs to dicuss with me or my attorney, if I do not call him back he said I will be arreseted and my kids will be taken away from me, I have recieved these calls in the past as well that I have refused to answer them or call them back.....this is rediculous and these people need to be stopped!!!!

This person (Jack) called me today.  He said he was with crime prevention.  He said I have a debt and with be arrested  tomorrow.  This is not the first time I've recieved a call like this.  I also have a friend that also recieved calls.  I do not have an outstanding debt that these people are calling me about.  They ALSO if I do not call back May God help me.
