got a msg about restrainig order on my husband thats **** hes home bound because of illness for 2 years now how could he have any kind of re order

I have received the same call from 813-863-1961, on March 16, 2011. they left the message on my ma****e. Called the number today and the recording says that all representive's are on the phone plese stay on line and someone would be right with me. But I love how people get all of your information correct, expecially where you work and live.

well i just called them and they stated they were going to send me a subpenia to goto court for a company called money & more states that i owe them a 1000,00 and they are willing to settle for 503.00 i told them i didnt have the money i am a single mother they stated the last address i lived at i told them i dont live there they were going to send it to my work

I received a voice message stating they were special investigator and that I was named as a respondant prusuint to some claim number and so****ing about a restraining order and that I must call 813-863-1961 immediately and to pass this information on to my attorney  and that I had 24-48 hours to respond.  I actually called the number and spoke to someone named Rhonda and she said she was a mediator to work a payment arrangement out.  I explained to her that I did not recall getting any loans out from a company called Money and Me.  They were saying I owed 1007.50 exactly.   It boggles my mind because I know that I would not skip out on paying anything off like that.  I am worried though because I never received any type of summons or anything like that, however I did live in the Tampa area at one point and they said they attempted to send me notices etc but I never received it.  I really do think I should contact an attorney for legal advice because it worries me that someone has that much information on me.  Does anyone else have any suggestions? And do you think I should call them back?

Some guy left a message on my phone while I was out saying he was Special Investigator blah blah (I didn't catch it) and that I was named a person of interest in a court case. He asked me to call him back on 813-863-1961

The actual phone number was listed as unknown so I did not answer it. They left a voicemail in which a man said this call was for so and so (but he had my last name wrong). He said his name was Special Investigator John Washington and that I was named as a respondant prusuint to some claim number and so****ing about a restraining order and that I must call 813-863-1961 immediately and to pass this information on to my attorney (which I don't have) and that I had 24-48 hours to respond. He did not list the name of the company he was calling for.He did not list a verifiable reason for the message....he listed no debt nor that this was a debt collection agencyHe called too early in the morningHe also called my mother...I have no idea how he got her number. He left the same message about me on her ma****e. He had my name wrong.Don't they have to serve you papers to take you to court? Also, I have never even been to Tampa FL. If this is debt related they never mentioned it. (I have one outstanding cc debt for about $250 that I can't pay right now.)After reading other complaints I realize this is just a scam company and if it is a debt collection they just violated a bunch of laws and I have the voicemail to prove it. I also reported them to the FTC and Florida Attorney General. I was able to find out through internet searches they are in Tampa, FL and if you call the number it's a message saying Sundial Legal Group. I will not be giving them any information and if this happens a***n will seek legal action. They have no right to call my mother and they have no right to threaten a restraining order over the phone...I must be served papers I know that much.

i got a message from this number last night that said it was for my husband and that our attorney should contact them in the next 24 hours, that a complaint had been filed a***nst him and a restraing order had been filed they left an afidavid number...the lady said she was a special investigator.  i dont know what to do...i tryed calling the number back and was on hold for over 10 min. and still got the recording that all agents were busy...they have called family members and left the same exact messaage for them about my husband.  what do i do......????

They didnt say who it was or what company it just said you need to call & they left 813-863-1961 and said to pass information to your lawyer with a case number & that a restraining order is being filed a***nst me....

Just got that message today. My Husbands credit is clear though. We just bought a house and had to go through the whole credit check. Does anyone actually owe this money? Because we don't. How can they get away with saying that you have a restraining order and a case being filed a***nst you.
