We received a call from Winthorpe and****oc and received a threatening and nasty call. There cir***stances a bill did not catch up to us. When we receive a letter from winthorpe we immediately made payment. My wife has a heart condition and the call made her very upset. Even as the payment was on the way he continued to be nasty. Guilty until proven innocent

This company often uses illegal tactics. The precursor company Was banned by the west ******ia attorney General's office for illegal activity and formed this company under a new name. Anyone receiving calls from this agency are urged to report it to your state's Attorney General's Office. Please use *****nce and caution in dealing with calls like this and report to law enforcement immediately!

Phenomenal wor**** I've tried 4 or 5 different agencies to help me with delinquencies owed to my plumbing company and these guys are the only ones who actually got the job done. I will continue to place my accounts with as needed.

Sounds like you may just be employeed by Winthrope, as I just had to do business with them (which was due to an error on a contractors end) and they were anything but pleasant. Whimpy little guys who have to hide behind a phone line to have a sense of empowerment.

Here is some info for the world to hear. Winthorpe collected on my account in 22 hours. Let's see if that is some kind of record. This is the only debt I have had over the last 27 months. If this happens a***n I will not wait one minute, it will go straight to Winthorpe.

Are you kidding me.....these people knew everything about me.........where I work, how much I make and what I own. They listed off all of my****ets down to the make and model of car I drive.....they even had info on my ex-husband who I've been divorced from for over a year.....how the***** do they get this information....talk about a total invasion of my life......over a 1586.00 bill.....I don't think so.

Just got a call from the same guy. The x-employee from Winthorpe. He thinks that because he has ran his old employer into the ground on the internet that he will be able to take their clients.These guys collected over 63,000.00 for me last month. They even helped me with my contracts so that we could avoid having collection problems in the future. How many collection agencies would do that? They did what they said they would do. I was even able to go back and do work for the same companies. That was a miracle.. IF SOMEONE HAD A HOUSE REPOED IT WOULD BE PUBLIC RECORD. I know that because my wife is in real estate. THE TAX****ESSOR HAS NO RECORD OF THE DEFAULT. The rest of the info is most likely fiction as well.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM ONE OF WINTHORPE'S X-EMPLOYEES. HE ASKED ME TO GO TO THIS SITE AND LOOK AT WINTHORPE BECAUSE HE WANTED TO DO WORK FOR ME. HE HAD NO REFERENCES OF ANY KIND. HIS SALES PACKET LOOKED TERRIBLE. NO LICENCE OF ANY KIND.HE NEVER TOLD ME WHY HE WOULD BE THE BETTER CHOICE JUST TRIED TO RUN DOWN WINTHORPE. I DID MY RESERCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE I PLACED DEBT AND THEY HAVE A GREAT TRACK RECORD WITH MANY REFERENCES. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM AND THAT THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND ADVISED HIM THAT IT WAS OBVIOUS HE WAS THE ONE TRYING TO POST THINGS ON THIS SITE IN ORDER TO TAKE AWAY CLIENTS FROM HIS X-EMPLOYER. I CANT STAND IT WHEN MY X-EMPLOYEES TRY THIS SORT OF THING OUT OF DESPERATION. JUST WORK HARD AND BE HONEST. IT IS THE ONLY WAY YOUR COMPANY WILL WORK. LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE STARING YOUR SO CALLED COMPANY OFF ON THE WRONG FOOT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WINTHORPE. I GOT YOUR BACK .

I was also contacted by Winthorpe and****ociates regarding a large balance owed to a contractor for work they had done on one of my properties. I found Mr. Alexander to be very professional and quite helpful.....he listened to my dispute and was able to negotiate a fair settlement that all parties could agree upon. He even offered me a payment plan in two separate installments, as I did not have the entire amount agreed upon readily available. I'm relieved to have this matter settled and behind me!
