You likely bought some wine online or joined a wine club. This is how they got your number. They are following up to sell you MORE wine. They did not pull your phone number out of a hat: YOU provided them with the number. If you are still bothered by the calls, simply answer the call and politely ask them to put you on their Do Not Call list. Since you provided your phone number, these calls from this particular company ARE NOT SUBJECT to federal or state spam caller laws.
