Who Called: Idk if they are spam or not. They say they're Health Advisors

They asked me a lot of medical questions and knew things about me medically, also they knew my address, DOB, last 4 of my ssn, they knew about my surgeries and medications. They asked me if I had scars anywhere and then shortly ***g up after that. I am kind of frightened now. I thought that they were part of our medical insurance.
