The caller states they were calling from Vehicle Services, based out of Dallas, TX. They were trying to reach out to tell me that I haven't accepted a warranty on my vehicle. I did NOT provide them with any of my information. Upon doing research I saw online that people calling on behalf of Vehicle Services are most likely scammers. Their main intent is to obtain your personal information or take your money. I know my warranty are still good because I own a 2021 vehicle. I still have my factory warranties. If you receive a call like this please know if you provide your information you may be putting yourself at risk.
