I don't know who this is so I didn't answer and looked the number up. It appears to be spam because they don't leave a message!

This number sounds like it is trying to send a fax.....I pick up and get that buzz that sounds like a fax. If I knew who this was, I'd tell them they have a wrong number but.....next time just let it ring.
